Take them every where, I work nights so take two of each before I leave, straight to sleep for 6 hours at least

I take one tablet about two hours before bed and a second about half an hour before bed. Sometime wake at 3 am and never sure if stay in bed or get up and make a cup of tea.

No noticeable difference in ability to sleep
I’m a night shift worker, enough said, we don’t sleep more than 5 hours of lucky, now after taking your sleep alpha combo zzzxxxx for 7 to 8 hours. I really don’t know how you could improve but I really struggle to sleep at night and wanted something that could help. After taking the 3in 1 magnesium and deep sleep complex have had completely no affects in helping me sleep by taking these capsules. I am delighted with this product, it has improved my ability to stay asleep and also my REM/ dream sleep.
