I tried Sleepalpha Deep Sleep capsules for the first time and am very surprised how affective that are. I fell off to sleep 30 minutes after taking them and slept right through waking to feeling very refreshed. I haven’t slept properly in weeks and was glad I stumbled onto sleepalpha I will never look back again
It helps me to get a deeper sleep but it may takes more time to take effect than you expected

I’ve been taking Sleep alpha for the last 3 years with magnesium as well I truly sleep well and deep sleep for a good 6 hours, sometimes I wish I could sleep longer but it’s my age so I’m happy with my 6 hours and a bit Thanks 😊
I have been using it for a few months and I wake up energised and no grogginess. I noticed quite a change in my outlook on life.
Unfortunately this does nothing for me, still wake up at 3am and can't get back to sleep.
Last night slept 4hrs. 12mins. Awake 1 hr. 3 mins Deep 35 mins; light 2 hrs.22 mins; REM 1 hr.15 mins
Didn't really feel it worked!
I've been taking sleep alpha every night for a couple of months. I'm not sure if its helping or not...some nights I fall asleep easily and other nights I don't. I wake up 2 or 3 times every night and sometimes I can fall asleep again and other nights I can't. I doubt I'll put in another order

Normally I manage to get to sleep fairly quickly, but more recently I wake around 4 to 5 am feeling very tired, but unable to get back to sleep.
Unfortunately the product makes me very sluggish in the morning and impacts on my ability to work for a few hours.

My sleep had definitely improved want to carry on with my order but it’s expensive can you help

Doesn’t work for me
Take them every where, I work nights so take two of each before I leave, straight to sleep for 6 hours at least
it went very well still on first bottle really has helped cant thank you enough

After a long time getting proper sleep
It us a good product, does what it claims, the sleep onset is fast and good, the only issue is staying asleep beyond 3-4 hours.
I took 2 tablets they are good but it takes time to make feel you sleepy

Did not work at all I felt very weird. Maybe it will work for some people different.
Helps tremendously with my sleep. Gone from extremely broken sleep to quite consistent sleep. Very happy x
I helped me relax and fall asleep better
I take one tablet about two hours before bed and a second about half an hour before bed. Sometime wake at 3 am and never sure if stay in bed or get up and make a cup of tea.
Pills are not doing anything. No change at all

Unfortunately it doesn’t give me an undisturbed nights sleep, I wake several times but I do feel like the sleep I do get is deeper
