Waking at 2-4AM and struggling to get back to sleep?
If you’re struggling emotionally & you’re waking at 2-4am and not going back to sleep, consider engaging in practices that place you in deep relaxation in those hours &/or allow you to get back to REM sleep. REM is where much of the emotional reset occurs - to reach this state you can use a powerful tool called NSDR.
