To start a return and refund request please send an email to us at Info@sleepalpha.co.uk and have your order number so we can match you with the correct order.

Please note, If you purchase a bottle of Deep Sleep + Full Restoration and claim a refund , THEN order another bottle, and attempt to claim another refund within 90 days of each other the refund WILL NOT be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know when the refund is processed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and refund. This doesn't normally take more than 5 working days.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not eligible for a refund. We urge first time buyers NOT to purchase subscriptions until they are happy our products meet their expectations but instead purchase a one-time purchase. This is due to the additional cost of setting up direct debits with payment providers.
